This policy explains how jokertrump.xyz ("JOKR", "we", "us") handles information on this website and through the applications we use to publish content to YouTube, Instagram, X and LinkedIn.

Who uses our apps

Our social media applications are used only by the JOKR team to publish and manage content on our own accounts. Visitors to this website are never asked to sign in with any social platform.

Information we collect

• Website visitors. We do not use cookies for tracking and do not collect personal information through this website. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process standard request logs such as IP address and browser type to operate and secure the service.
• Connected social accounts. When a JOKR team member connects one of our own accounts, the platform gives us an access token plus basic account details (account ID, username or channel name). We use these only to publish our content, read engagement on our own posts and reply to comments and messages sent to our accounts.
• Comments and messages. If you comment on, mention or message our Instagram, YouTube, X or LinkedIn accounts, the platform may share that content (including your public username) with us so we can read and respond to it.

How we use information

Only to operate our own social media accounts: publishing posts and videos, reading analytics for our own content, and responding to the community. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles.

Storage and retention

Access tokens are stored as encrypted environment variables in our hosting provider and are deleted when an account is disconnected. Comment and message data received through webhooks is processed transiently and is not stored in a database. Server logs are kept for the hosting provider's standard retention period.

Platform terms

Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube API use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We also follow the Meta Platform Terms, the X Developer Agreement and the LinkedIn API Terms of Use.

Your choices and data deletion

You can revoke our access at any time from your platform settings, for example Google account permissions or Instagram's Apps and Websites settings. To ask us to delete any information we hold about you, follow the steps on our data deletion page.

Children

This website and our applications are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
