Data deletion

JOKR's applications are used only to manage our own social media accounts. We do not keep a database of visitor or follower information. Comments and messages sent to our accounts are processed transiently and not stored.

Remove our app's access

• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove the JOKR app.
• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove the JOKR app.
• Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove access.
• X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps → revoke.
• LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → remove.

Removing access stops us from receiving any further data, and Meta notifies us automatically when you do it on Instagram or Facebook.

Ask us to delete data

Email REPLACE_WITH_CONTACT_EMAIL with the subject "Data deletion request" and your username on the platform. We will delete anything we hold about you within 30 days and confirm by email.
